I've personally seen and heard of multiple cases of the Scottish Play's curse. In one winter production, one of the actors came down with appendicitis a couple days before the opening. The following summer I was in a production where the director broke her leg on the night of final dress & tech. I've also heard that a lot of the women who have played Lady Mac have died violent deaths! Pretty creepy stuff if you ask me!
