The Scottish Play

There is no written evidence that I know of but the stories stem from the time of the original production. During every performance of The Scottish Play there was/is an accident, sometimes even a death. During the first production it is said that one of the actors was the victim but the accidents also happen to stagehands, directors, etc. The accidents stem from injuring legs or ankles to as I said before, deaths. The causes are anything from the actor just hurting themselves or lights and sandbags falling onto the actors. The way it goes is that you are not allowed to say the name of the play or say any quotes from the play in any theatre unless you are performing the play. The true believers refuse to say the name or quote it at any time, not just in a theatre. And yes I believe it because I have seen the "curse" strike at least three people. Be warned.

P.S. If you can find any written info on it, I would love to know about it.
