"Fate" -alistic...

Got to thinking about this after responding to a few similar queries...

Couldn't one say that his fatal flaw is that he is human? He doesn't like being human. It's too messy. He keeps trying to be a god. He imagines himself as the minister of fate...how proud can one be? If Hamlet sees himself as the agent of dike, then is he not just as guilty of hubris as is Claudius?
