Sorry, but you are wrong (as usual).

You claimed that "Spielbauer" would be having
apoplectic fits over the statement that
"art has something to do with an author's
life."

You are in error, of course (and this is
no surprise). I agree wholeheartedly
with the statement.

However, good scholarship dictates that
one not try to make assumptions about the
author's life based upon that art. It is
impossible to know the nature of that relationship
(no matter how badly you wish to inflict your
own biases and prejudices).
