Teachers--Share new ideas for teaching Shakespeare!

I'm a first-year teacher about to teach Julius Caesar to Sophomores. They are NOT happy about the prospect of studying some old guy who "didn't even use real English."
Looking for ideas on this play (I have to teach this one), or ideas for teaching
Shakespeare in general, to mid- or lower-level students.

I'd also like to start a discussion for sharing ideas.
